Giving a potion made by the Sorcerer Seluvis to Nepheli is a choice you'll have as you go through this questline, but should you?

You're not sure what's in the potion, but you can make sense of some of the perhaps sinister things Seluvis has been up to by looking into a few things that hint at them.

Currently, you are on the Ranni The Witch questline. There are a few visual cues that indicate the potion may be utilized for foul play when this comes into play. Just below Ranni's tower, you'll discover an underground area with a number of lifeless dolls—a hint as to what Seluvis could be up to with his potions.

Sadly, these indications do lead to the ultimate solution to the puzzle: if Nepheli consumes the potion, her mortal existence will die and she will become a puppet, enabling you to utilize her Sprit Ashes to help you on your journey.
