Guide to the Elden Ring Ranni Questline: All Locations and Procedures
Elden Ring contains a ton of amazing non-player characters (NPCs) who may not be noticeable on your first playing but might have a significant impact on the story. One character in particular, Ranni the Witch, has a very long questline, but it's well worth it because of the fantastic finale she may reveal to you and the many locations you can explore. Elden Ring Ranni Questline Map: All Points and Procedures
The Ranni questline is summarized below, but be patient as it will take you across the whole map. Though her questline doesn't really start there, you could encounter her in the Church of Elleh. She will first identify herself as Renna if you meet her in this manner. However, you will next cross paths with her in Liurnia.
First, empty Caria Manor
Head to northern Liurnia's Caria Manor, and defeat Loretta. This allows you to enter the manor's exterior, and the Three Sisters area is located just west of there. You must go to Ranni's Rise, the middle tower of the three, after defeating the optional boss encounter Glintstone Dragon Adula. Enter and talk to Renna here; she will identify herself as Ranni. End her conversation and accept to serve her.
It will take some time to reach Nokron, Eternal City, your next destination. The next stages differ based on whether you have defeated Starscourge Radahn. Proceed to Step 6 if you have previously done so; if not, the following will occur:
Step 2 (should Radahn remain unconquered): Consult Blaidd in the Siofra River
You will battle the Ancestor Spirit in the vicinity of the Hallowhorn Grounds by going to Siofra River. Speak with Blaidd; he'll tell you that he has no idea how to go inside Nokron and advises you to see Seluvis.
Step 3: Consult Seluvis if Radahn is not vanquished
Maybe you had a short encounter with Seluvis whilst visiting Ranni's Rise. talk with Seluvis in his tower , southeast of Ranni's, to find out the next stage in your adventure, which is to talk with Sellen in Limgrave, once you've finished chatting with Blaidd. Soon enough, it won't feel like a fetch-quest.
Step 4: Talk to Sellen in Limgrave
if Radahn is not vanquished.Waypoint Ruins Clear Make sure to enjoy the comparatively simple battle with the Mad Pumpkin Head if you haven't previously. After this boss battle, Sellen is trapped behind the door; if you talk to her, she will inform you that defeating Radahn is the next step in clearing the road to Nokron.Defeat Radahn in Step 5
Caelid is the next location you must go to. Here, you must defeat Redmane Castle and its boss to start the Radahn Festival, where you must battle its namesake boss. After completing this, go back to Ranni's tower.Step 6: Look for Nokron's Fingerslayer Blade
Ranni will inform you about the opening of the Mistwood in Limgrave, which leads to Nokron. Explore this section, defeat the adversaries, and locate the Fingerslayer Blade at the conclusion. Give it back to Ranni, and she will give you the Inverted Statue of Carian, which will allow you to enter the Divine Tower of Liurnia.
