Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which combines Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold, were only formally introduced for PCs last month. Following the release of some new Game Pass content at E3, Microsoft has today unveiled the July lineup, which has some fairly big names.

Xbox announced via their official Twitter account that eight additional titles in total—four for PC and Xbox One, one for Xbox One alone, and three for PC only—will be added to Game Pass in July.

They continued in another tweet by providing the release dates for these titles, announcing that Undertale (PC), My Time at Portia (Xbox One/PC), and Middle-earth: Shadow of War (Xbox One/PC) will be available tomorrow, July 4. July 11th will see the release of the last five titles, which are Blazing Chrome (Xbox One/PC), Dead Rising 4 (Xbox One/PC), LEGO City Undercover (Xbox), Timespinner (PC), and Unavowed (PC).

Even though both Dead Rising 4 and Middle-earth: Shadow of War had their fair share of controversy and criticism around their launches, they are unquestionably the two standout titles on our list. LEGO City Undercover is still an entertaining game that was once only available on the Wii U before being released on other platforms. The fact that Undertale is among the most talked-about independent games of the last several years is undoubtedly fantastic for PC players as well.

Make sure to download and play the games on Game Pass as soon as they become available since they're all worth checking out this month.
