With a gorgeous new teaser, "Oshi no Ko" reveals more live action.

The wildly popular Summer 2023 anime adaptation of the idol-centric murder mystery by Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari Oshi no Ko has evolved into Not to belittle it as a manifestation of culture. With the premiere of season 2 quickly approaching, the expanding brand has released a teaser for a forthcoming live-action movie and TV show.

Oshi no Ko follows Gorou Amamiya, a medical professional, as he treats Ai Hoshino, a well-known idol of his who also happens to be expecting twins. Gorou is killed by one of Ai's stalkers while she is recuperating, and he reincarnates as the idol's kid. He and his new twin sister, now known as Aquamarine (or Aqua), learn that they are both reborn followers of the celebrity. while Ai is killed inexplicably at their front door while they are toddlers, the two young kids swear to get revenge.

When will the live action version of "Oshi no Ko" be available?

An adaption of in live actionAccording to Oshi no Ko, the next episode will consist of eight episodes and will only be available on Amazon Prime Video starting on November 28, 2024, globally. Although a date for the live-action movie's release in the West has not yet been announced, it will open in theaters in Japan on December 20, 2024.

Not only was the release date disclosed, but other personnel information was also made public. Kaito Sakurai will portray Aqua, Asuka Saito of Nogisaka 46 will portray Ai Hoshino, Nagisa Saito of =LOVE member will portray Ruby Hoshino, Nanoka Hara will portray Kana Arima, the voice of Suzume in Suzume, Mizuki Kayashima will portray Akane Kurokawa, and ano will portray Mem-cho.
