You'll have to call upon your buggy to get here. Even if the cliff is rather high, don't worry—your buggy is designed to survive a fall of that magnitude.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be at the foot of many rock formations. Gaze up in the direction of the tower. You should see trees with bits of cloth draped about them. In order to ascend and reach the tower, throw your hook there.

The Remnawave Tower Climb

Your next job is to climb the tower after you've arrived at it. To get to the control panel, you have to climb many ladders until you get to a broken one.

Look for a tree that has a cloth knotted to one of its limbs. You may toss your grappling hook with this cloth. Swing back towards the tower rather than away. Cloud will be able to climb to the top of the Remnawave Tower using this technique.
