AWAY: The Survival Series Is Similar To A Strenuous Documentary About Nature
Even though we are surrounded by nature every day, we do not always get to experience all facets of it. With predators and other natural calamities posing a danger to their life, even rural dwellers probably don't deal with the same issues that wild animals do. AWAY: The Survival Series, which aims to provide us a peek into the adventure of an animal on the run only attempting to live, was recently revealed during Sony's most recent PlayStation State of Play broadcast.
AWAY: In the Survival Series, you take control of a Sugar Glider, which resembles a flying squirrel mixed with a badger. Its goal is to simply live when dangers threaten its habitat. In this far-off future, natural calamities drive this Sugar Glider to leave its habitat and search for a new one by traveling across a variety of situations.
The clip below shows us some really brilliant and vibrant places. The Sugar Glider attempting to flee as everything around it is on fire is one of the most visually striking scenes. It should seem quite realistic in that aspect since the developer hired someone who has composed soundtracks for real wildlife documentaries in the past, which makes it even better.
AWAY: The Survival Series was not given a release window, so maybe the game may be released sooner rather than later.
