To be able to vote and kick a player in Mordhau, you must first configure your keybinding to open the console. There isn't a setting for this out of the box by default.

Mordhau: Keybinding the Console

You will need to configure a keybind to open the console in order to vote kick. You may do this by going to the Steam\steamapps\common\Mordhau\Mordhau\Config folder. You may assign a personal key to the console key by editing the defaultinput.ini file.
