Although Mordhau, a multiplayer medieval warfare game, is wildly popular on PCs, there is a lot of griefing that goes along with it. Regretfully, the game's implemented vote to kick mechanism is a little confusing. To complete the task, gamers must delve into the game's console instructions. This tutorial will walk you through setting up a keybind to access the console settings and how to vote kick a player in Mordhau.

To be able to vote and kick a player in Mordhau, you must first configure your keybinding to open the console. There isn't a setting for this out of the box by default.

Mordhau: Keybinding the Console

You will need to configure a keybind to open the console in order to vote kick. You may do this by going to the Steam\steamapps\common\Mordhau\Mordhau\Config folder. You may assign a personal key to the console key by editing the defaultinput.ini file. Often used to make console commands available beneath the ~ key, this button may be configured to any desired value.

Mordhau Vote Kick Instructions

After gaining access to the console, you must input the following: Click "playername" to vote.In some circumstances, a player may be using peculiar characters that make it more difficult for them to votekick. Using their unique ID, the player allows you to votekick as well. This number is shown next to the user's steam name and steamID64. Additionally, you may vote to kick a player in Mordhau by using the votekick "server ID."

A few things to remember are that in order to carry out the vote kick, you must provide the player's full name or the correct Server ID number. If not, it won't function.
