Having already taken many vacations for health reasons, Togashi put Hunter x Hunter on a permanent sabbatical in early 2023 because of his personal problems and continued health after chapter 400 was released. Despite the disappointment that many fans felt, they have found optimism that the series would start serializing once again after Togashi's X (formerly Twitter) account started posting updates starting at the end of 2023.
Page numbers and even fully colored artwork have been included in these updates, which are happening more and more often. As of this writing, his most recent post has a full-color artwork of Phantom Troupe character Chrollo.
Furthermore, Shueisha has published volume 38 of the manga, which will be available for fall publication on September 4, 2024. Additionally, Togashi has hinted at development all the way up to chapter 416 in his postings, saying that the new chapters are prepared to be sent over to his helpers for chapters 409 and 410. Fans are thrilled for any news despite Togashi's extended absence, and they hope the mangaka will keep an eye on his health while putting in a lot of effort on the next chapters.

There Is Much Promise in the Upcoming Nen x Impact Game

The forthcoming Hunter x Hunter video game project, Nen x Impact, seems very promising, and the promotional trailers showcasing the game's roster have been anything but boring. Critics tend to have mixed feelings about anime fighting games.
Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact, from Arc System Works and Bushiroad Games includes the main protagonists as well as a number of other notable characters from the game, and it most recently revealed the adding of Feitan and Meruem to the roster. The amount of promotion Nen x Impact is getting is noteworthy, even though anime tie-in fighters often have smaller budgets. Hopefully, the project will have something to offer ardent Hunter x Hunter fans. You can watch the anime version of Hunter x Hunter on Netflix, and you can buy the original manga from stores like Amazon.
