Marvel's Avengers Will Come With Exclusive Perquisites and A PS4 Early Access Beta

Many people have been looking forward to Marvel's Avengers for a time now, particularly in light of the popularity of Marvel's Spider-Man last year. For this reason, Square Enix decided to end their first live E3 briefing in a while with the game, revealing that one platform would have specific advantages over the others that are unique to it.

It was announced at the conclusion of the Marvel's Avengers presentation that PS4 owners will get a few special bonuses from the game, however they did not elaborate on what those benefits would be. They did, however, go one step further and disclose that PS4 owners would have early access to the game when the beta is prepared for release.

You have to question what they mean since the word "unique benefits" seems so different from the standard vocabulary of "exclusive content." Since games like Destiny and others have featured a ton of unique content, this collaboration between Square Enix and Sony is nothing new.

Given the structure of Marvel's Avengers, it seems probable that these special advantages will come in the kind of other outfits or other items, but we'll have to wait and see what Square Enix has planned for when the game launches on May 15, 2020.
