Where to Find Incantation and Sorcery Vendors

Magic

There is only one main merchant that you may locate for sorcery spells. Fortunately, you can go to this merchant before killing Godrick. To reach the Waypoint Ruins, go south after crossing the bridge and east from the Gatefront Ruins. Entering the ruins' subterranean will lead you to a mist wall that houses the Pumpkin Head monster. For the most of the early game, Sellen will be your primary source for sorcery. After you beat Godrick, you may locate Thops in the church, although he only sells initiated sorcery spells.
