After Astel, Stars of Darkness, is vanquished, the fourth Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone is located in the Yelough Anix Tunnel. You may access a tiny area with another corpse carrying the Smithing Stone once you fight the monster. But a Onyx Lord is watching over the body.
